Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday, and dispatched using your selected shipping service.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

As we process orders quickly, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing items, or changing sizes, colors, quantities, products, or shipping details.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch; however, once your order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Shipping Within Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. For estimated delivery times to your location, please enter your postcode here.

Receiving Your Delivery

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office for collection. Please bring your missed delivery notice and valid identification when collecting your parcel.

If you would prefer delivery without a signature, you can update your delivery preferences through the Australia Post app before your parcel arrives.

UK & European Orders

Orders to the UK and Europe are dispatched from our Australian studio via DHL Express.

Delivery to the UK typically takes 1–3 business days, although it may take up to 5 business days depending on your location. Delivery to other European countries takes 2–5 business days. For more information about your area, please click here.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Please note that for orders placed through uk.kirstinash.com or eu.kirstinash.com, all duties and taxes are covered by us, so there will be no customs delays.

US Orders

US orders are dispatched from our Australian studio via DHL Express and typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
